When you are selling I represent you in the transaction. I prepare a Market Analysis and present you with a Marketing Plan to sell your home at the best price in the shortest time frame. We can agree to disagree on the price, you can get other assessments, but in almost all cases my price is the most realistic given market conditions. Pricing property close to where it is valued in today’s market means you will be happier. No one is happy when a property lingers on the market for months at a time.

Sometimes it is just not the right time to sell. I’ll let you know.
